Syath, visibility ONLY affects procurement. If you don't have procurement, visibility does nothing for you, so don't worry about it.

Jita, Rens, and Ours are the MAJOR hubs, Amarr isn't quite as big but I'd call it a hub. Sobaseki and a few others are pretty crowded, but not really considered hubs.
